How it all started?
At first it was a little competition between two good friends. We were set to create a multiplayer version of Connect 4 and we both did that with two different technologies.
One did it using (X)HTML, AJAX and the other one using Flash. Both versions worked but they were bugged and were missing some important features.
After the end of competition we tried to make those clients compatible but the result was to bugged to be open to public. We then waited for a year and started over from scratch.
We had experience how not to do it from the past, so this time we took completely different approach. The whole networking part is done in a new way, there is a new game lobby, artificial intelligence, user registration system and so on.
There is also no HTML client which was replaced by Silverlight and Flash client was written from scratch.
After we were confident enough about the whole game, knowing that it evolved greatly from previous version, we decided to open it for public and create an online community around this game.
